The Sekhem Infinity Dance - A very powerful healing dance. Sekhem also is spelled Seichim and SKHM. Another form of Reiki healing. Each Reiki Master has had a different journey and experience with it. The dance really opens up the energy of all the seven chakras. Some healers do this dance with their eyes closed. Eyes remaining opened is OK. It is just another option. Moving your head, swaying hips and entire body in a figure eight. Chakras really expand and get extremely large. A very big healing takes place. It is important to give yourself time to lie still afterwards. Soft music playing is fine. No music at all is a persons preference. Stand with feet flat on the ground, approximately shoulder width apart. Take a moment to quiet the mind and clear all thoughts. Reiki Master’s state an special intention or prayer. Visualize bright white light entering the crown. Your focus is in the middle of your two eye brows AKA your third eye. On top of head invision a figure eight in a horizontal position. Starting first with the seventh chakra. Your head moves also drawing a figure eight. Moving onto the next chakra. Set the figure eight right inside of the third eye. Now the infinity figure is brought down and place on the throat chakra. Apply the mantra ALL LOVE (continuously). Along with slow and smooth breathing. Figure eight pattern is in the center of your heart. Really opening up that heart chakra. When reaching the solar plexus. two inches below the navel. you will feel a strong heat energy developing. Next you embrace your inner child in the sacral chakra (pelvic area). Coming to the root chakra (lower base of the spine) and placing the infinity figure there. A strong connection with the earth under your feet. Place ALL LOVE into your knees. Feeling the infinity energy around the area. Then down to your feet. Out loud or silently keep repeating the mantra. The infinity energy is brought back up into the feet, knees and only the first four chakras. This time starting with the root chakra. All the way up. Flowing into the heart, allowing the energy to radiate out from the center. Then through the shoulders, down the arms. Right through the hands. Infinity is in a horizontal position. Give yourself a moment to gradually stop moving. Find a place to lie down. Be aware of the Alpha chakra. Eight inches above your head. And your Omega chakra. Eight inches below your feet. Then using your third eye. Imagine your feet transforming into tree branches emerging in grass. An egg is being formed all around you. The egg is a very healing and sacred place.
